  • Physiotherapy focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving how the body functions as a whole. Each session begins with a detailed assessment to understand not only symptoms, but the underlying causes of discomfort.

Treatment may include hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, postural and movement re-education, dry needling, and breathing techniques. This approach supports recovery from injury, chronic pain, postural strain, headaches, TMJ-related symptoms, and movement restrictions, with care adapted to your body and goals.

  • Acupuncture works with the body’s natural regulatory systems to relieve pain, reduce tension, and support balance. Fine needles are placed at specific points to improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and encourage the body’s own healing response.

Cupping may be added to release deeper muscular tension, improve blood flow, and support detoxification. These therapies are commonly used for musculoskeletal pain, stress, fatigue, headaches, stiffness, and recovery from overuse or strain, and can be integrated into other treatments when appropriate.

  • Dental physiotherapy is a specialised area of physiotherapy focused on the jaw (TMJ), facial muscles, and surrounding structures. It supports people experiencing jaw pain, clicking or locking, teeth clenching or grinding, facial tension, headaches, and neck pain related to jaw dysfunction.

Treatment may include manual therapy of the jaw, neck, and shoulders, intraoral soft tissue release, postural correction, neuromuscular exercises, and acupuncture. It is also highly supportive before, during, or after orthodontic treatment, helping improve comfort, function, and long-term outcomes for both adults and children.

  • Cosmetic acupuncture is a holistic approach to skin health that supports the face from the inside out. Fine needles stimulate circulation and collagen production while also addressing internal imbalances that influence skin quality and vitality.

Red LED light therapy is incorporated to enhance cellular regeneration, reduce inflammation, and support skin repair. Together, this treatment helps improve tone, elasticity, brightness, and overall facial vitality in a natural and restorative way. During my treatments, I use the Celluma device, a world-leading medical-grade red LED light therapy system.

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine views the body as an interconnected system, focusing on balance rather than isolated symptoms. Assessment may include tongue observation and a detailed discussion of health patterns, lifestyle, and energy levels.

TCM principles guide treatment choices across acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, and lifestyle support. This allows care to be tailored to your constitution and current needs, supporting both physical health and overall wellbeing.

  • Lifting facial massage works with both superficial and deep facial muscles to tone, lift, and release tension. The treatment supports circulation, lymphatic drainage, and muscle balance, helping the face appear more relaxed, sculpted, and refreshed.

Sessions may include intraoral (buccal) massage, work on the jaw, neck, and scalp, and supportive techniques such as Gua Sha or cupping. It is suitable for facial tension, TMJ-related holding patterns, and those seeking natural facial rejuvenation.

  • Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the craniosacral system to release deep tension and support nervous system regulation. Light touch is used to encourage the body’s natural self-healing processes.

This therapy is particularly supportive for stress, headaches, jaw tension, sleep difficulties, chronic fatigue, emotional holding, and recovery during physically or emotionally demanding periods. It is suitable for those who prefer a subtle, non-invasive approach.

  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses the body’s own growth factors to support tissue regeneration and skin renewal. A small amount of blood is processed to concentrate platelets, which are then applied to targeted areas to stimulate healing and collagen production.

PRP may be used for skin rejuvenation, improving texture and tone, reducing fine lines, and supporting hair growth. Treatment is always preceded by a thorough consultation to assess suitability and ensure safety.
